What is the WebEx Affiliate Program? The WebEx Affiliate Program is a profitable and easy way for you to partner with the leader in webconferencing & collaboration tools and make a commission every time a visitor you refer comes to to place links to our web site on your web site. We pay a commission every time someone purchases a show ticket or books a hotel room at the wynnlasvegas.com through the link placed on your web site. If you have a Web site, you can join the WebEx Affiliate Program and earn money by promoting WebEx products and services from your site. You will earn generous commissions every time you refer new free trials and/or subscriptions As an affiliate, you will have access to a variety of banners, buttons, and text links, including WebEx articles, checklists, and mini-sites. Does it cost anything to become a WebEx affiliate? It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. Additionally, there are no membership or application fees. How do I get started? Simply fill out the online application. Review and approval usually takes two business days once you've completed your registration. Once approved, you can log into your Commission Junction account and access WebEx links. Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.? Yes, we welcome partners from many different countries. Please note that PCNow and MeetMeNow currently only support customers based in the US or EU. Are there any restrictions in joining the WebEx Affiliate Program? Anyone with a web site may apply. We evaluate every application and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection via email. We’d like everyone to promote WebEx services. There are cases, however, when we cannot allow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Affiliate Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:

Payment How much will I earn? WebEx Affiliates earn when visitors complete a free trial registration and when they convert to paid subscriptions or purchase a paid subscription directly (without a free trial).
When will I get paid? Once you join our program, you'll be able to log into your account at www.cj.com and run earnings and activity reports. Earnings are automatically mailed every month via check to all affiliates by Commission Junction. There are no invoices to send and no data to manually track-- all payments are taken care of by WebEx and Commission Junction. What is the difference between Leads and Sales? Leads are free trial registrations that visitors complete in order to begin using their free trial. Sales are subscriptions that occur when visitors complete their free trials or directly purchase subscriptions. How does WebEx track visitors coming from my Website? WebEx and Commission Junction's tracking system assigns you a unique ID for each link you publish. That ID is unique and provided to you only; it accompanies all links provided to you, ensuring accurate tracking for visitors who enter through your site.

Once you have joined the WebEx Affiliate Program, you will have access to a library of quality banners to select from, in a range of styles and sizes to suit a wide range of web site placements. How do I post a link on my site? Simply log into your WebEx account at cj.com, select an appropriate banner or link, and copy & paste the HTML provided onto your site. Can I put a banner up on multiple sites? Yes, you are welcome to promote WebEx on multiple Web sites as long as none of the sites violate any of the restrictions outlined in the WebEx Special Terms& Conditions or the Publisher Service Agreement. Don’t limit yourself to using only banners … try adding text links too! Not listed in the search engines? You should be! Remember, the more strategically you place WebEx banners, the more revenue you will generate!
Linking and Tracking What is WebEx’s policy on email activities? WebEx has a strict 'no spamming' policy. WebEx reserves the right to immediately terminate an affiliate relationship if that affiliate uses unsolicited email to promote WebEx products and services. Affiliates in violation of this policy will also forfeit their commissions. There may be additional restrictions on email activities located in the WebEx Special Terms and Conditions and/or the Publisher Service Agreements of which you need to be aware. What kind of advertising can I do? Be creative! Write a newsletter for visitors to your site, write a testimonial about WebEx products or write an article. WebEx will provide banners, buttons and text links for your use. Promotions will be offered and updated frequently to provide special rewards to greater activity. In addition to your Web site, we recommend that you promote through an opt-in mailing list or a newsletter. Under no circumstances will unsolicited emails (spamming) be tolerated. What kind of advertising is prohibited? WebEx does not allow trademark or URL bidding of the WebEx trademark without prior, written approval. How can I contact the WebEx Affiliate Team?
